Sattu Powder Chilla

Take a bowl. Add sattu powder. Then add red chilli powder, cumin powder, asafoetida, carromseeds, garlic cloves, oregano, green chilli, chopped tomato and salt.

Mix all the ingredients and add some water. Make a thick paste and add more water. Make a batter for chilla.

Heat a pan. Apply some oil on it. Pour the ready mixture on tawa and form a chilla. Drizzle some oil at the edges of a chilla. Roast the chilla on both sides.

Serve chillas with tomato sauce or green chutney. Or both.
