Ingredients

  1. 1 quartsauerkraut
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. 2 1/2 poundslean spare ribs
  4. to taste Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil spareribs 15 minutes cut and roll meat from spareribs. Fasten to skewer place in baking pan add sauerkraut, pour over a little water, bake in 250° oven until spare ribs are tender about two hours. Until water will have evaporated remove skewers. Serve on hot platter with pepper.
