Steps

Heat oil in a pan add walnuts,urad dal,jeera and green chilli roast till aroma and slightly change in colour.

Cool it for a while then add to the blender with coconut,salt and blend to powder,add curd and little water and blend it again.

Prepare tadka with oil, mustard, curry leaves and red chilli add to the chutney.

Walnut chutney is ready to serve with dosa,idli or rice and chapati.
