Cooking Instructions

Chop the onion, however thick you like it and put in bowl. This bowl is where everything's going so make sure it's big enough

Chop the tomatoes, into similar chunks as onions and put in the same bowl as onions.

Juice the limes into the bowl

Finely chop your chilli of choice. Pretty easy with jalapeno or whatever chilli you have to hand and you like. You can even use chilli flakes if you like and at to bowl

Chop your coriander and add to bowl. The mix all ingredients and put in fridge till needed (only last 24hrs)
