Ingredients

2 servings
  • For mushroom marinate-
  • 300 gmmushroom
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspkitchen King masala
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspthick curd
  • For gravy -
  • 2roughly chopped onions
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 7-8garlic pods
  • 1 inchginger
  • 2green chilli
  • 2 tbspcooking oil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 2cloves
  • 4-5black pepper corn
  • 1 inchcineman stick
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2green cardamom
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspdry coriander seeds powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 2 tbspcashunuts
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbspgreen coriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean cut mushrooms into pieces
    Get ready with all ingredients

    For marinated
    In a mixing bowl add mushrooms add turmeric powder and red chilli powder add kitchen King masala add curd mix all well do not add salt
    Keep aside for 10 min

    In a chopper chopped onion garlic ginger green chilli chop together do not make fine paste transfer to plate

    Now get ready with marinated mushrooms chopped tomatoes onions and cashunuts

    In pressure cooker heat oil add dry whole spices saute add onion mixture saute till golden in colour add chopped tomatoes saute till tometos get soft add dry spices powder mix all well add marinated cashunuts mix and saute

    Now add 1/2 cup water or as depends on gravy contancy have 1 whistle when it realise it's own open lid add garam masala powder and chopped green coriander leaves

    Serve hot or warm with chapati fulka roti Puri Paratha
