Steps

Soak moong dal for two hours.Drain water and grind coarsely.

Chop onion, tomato, capsicum and green chillies finely.

Take a mixing bowl add moong dal mixture.To this add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum and green chillies.Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder.Mix well.

Add fruit salt and activate it.Add water if required.

Heat a pan.Add one teaspoon oil and moong mixure..Flatten with the help of spoon half inch thick ness.Cover and cook till golden brown one side.Flip and same other side.

Enjoy hot moonglet with tea.Healthy breakfast is ready.
