At first, wash the carrots properly, then peel and grate. Take a kadhai add grated carrot and milk. Cook on low flame for about 40-45 minutes. Bring the milk to a boil while keep stirring at intervals. When the carrot becomes soft and milk is reduced completely add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well. Stir continuously.

At this stage, there is no liquid and there are chances to burn. Add ghee, khoya, and dry fruits. Again cook till ghee separates.

Switch off the flame. Garnish with dry fruits. Halwa is ready now. Serve hot and chilled as you wish and enjoy.....🥰🥰
