Steps

To make the pastry mix the flour, marg, water, sugar together.

Divide into 2 pieces for the base and the other for the top.

Roll out the pastry and put in foil pie dish prick a little on bottom and blind bake in airfyer.
After 10 minutes bake brush with egg wash and cook a further 5 mins. - 4
While pastry is cooking make the filling.
Peel the fruit. Chop slice and add to a pan with a little water and sugar and cinnamon powder.
Cook until soft and ready to add to pie. - 5
Now with the other pastry roll out and cut steps for the top.
Weave them on top as best you can. - 6
Sprinkle with sugar on top and brush with egg wash and cook until golden brown.

For the custard mix all the ingredients together and cook on hob on low until it gets thick, add more milk or water if too thick.
Serve on top.
