Combine pork mince, chopped prawns, grated carrots, chopped spring onions, eggs, soy sauce and sesame oil and mix

Refrigerate until mixture is firm

Fold wontons to preference e.g. traditional, ingot, fold, etc. and seal with water

Cook while fresh (e.g. boiled, steamed, fried) or freeze for later cooking
