Let's arrange the required ingredients first.

Pour water in a wide pan and mix 1/2 Tsp olive oil and 1/2 Tsp salt. Allow the water to boil. Add macaroni and cook 80%. Wash with cold water to stop cooking. Discard the water and set aside.

Meanwhile heat 1 Tbsp olive oil and fry garlic on low flame till aromatic. Add chopped onion and fry on medium heat for some seconds. Add the veggies, salt and mixed herbs.

Cook on high flame to get crunchy veggies for half a minute. Now add the pasta sauce and mix nicely with the veggies.

Then, add the boiled macaroni and mix well with masala veggies. Now add the tomato ketchup with the veggies and macaroni. Ketchup brings a nice flavour and sweet taste to the macaroni.

Transfer hot macaroni to a serving plate and garnish with chopped olives and serve hot. Thanks.
