Steps
- 1
Wash the lemons and limes thoroughly, pat them dry. Cut the zest of the lemons and lime into separate bowls. Take 1 lemon, cut into pieces and set aside.
- 2
Put brown sugar and water in a saucepan. Put it on medium heat. Use a spatula to stir until the sugar dissolves. When it starts to boil, add coriander, ground nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, and lemon zest. Stir in lemon zest and lemon slices. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool.
- 3
Filter cola water through a fine strainer, place in a jar, close tightly, and leave for 1 night or 12 hours. To serve, add ½ cup of cola water to a glass, followed by ¾ cup of soda water, mix well, pour into a glass filled with ice and serve. It's cool.😎
