A simple, comforting one pot recipe and garnished with boiled sliced eggs

Boil the egg, peel and slice.

Wash the veggies and chop fine- carrot, potato and onion

In a pan heats oil, add mustard seeds, whole red chilli, sliced onions and on medium flame, cook to soften.

Add sliced potatoes and carrots and curry leaves. Continue to cook on medium flame to soften.

Wash the chura and add to it. Stir and add salt, mix well
- 6
Plate with sliced boiled egg and enjoy 😊
