  1. 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  2. 1tomato 🍅 diced
  3. 11/2green jalapeno diced (seeds removed)
  4. 1cucumber 🥒 peeled and remove seeds
  5. 2 tbspfresh coriander leaves 🌿
  6. 3medium size red onions 🧅 finely chopped
  7. For salsa dressing:
  8. 4 tbspolive oil
  9. 11/2 tbsplime juice 🍋
  10. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  11. Salt to taste 🧂
  12. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder

    Boil chickpeas in advance, in a mixing bowl, add finely chopped red onions 🧅, diced tomato 🍅, cucumber 🥒, jalapeno and finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿stir to combine well, keep aside. Add lime juice 🍋, salt 🧂, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder and olive oil mix well, cover with lid and let it chill for 1 hrs and serve.

    Serve with tortillas chips, tip: can also mix all ingredients in food processor to desired smoothness.
