Grate dry coconut and then grind it in a mixer jar.Keep it aside.

Heat water and jaggery.Keep on stirring till jaggery melts.Strain it.Cook it for 3-4 min so the jaggery syrup becomes sticky.

Add coconut powder and mix.Cook it on low heat until coconut and jaggery mixture become dough like consistency.

Place butter paper on a small tray,pour this mixture on it and spread.Level it evenly with the help of a spatula.Sprinkle pumpkin seeds over it and press.Leave it for an hour and then cut into square pieces.

Your healthy coconut and jaggery Burfi is ready to serve.
