It’s my favourite dish,but crab is seasonal seafoods that sometimes not available.But when it’s in season I will cook it in big batch cos everyone wont enough eat 2-3 crabs.This kinda simple recipe and easier than those steps lined up and listed spices there.Hope you enjoy and share your cooking to exchange tips and tricks☺️

Wash and arrange the crabs inside the pot.Put 2 lemongrass,few slices of ginger,7 bay leaves and a spoon salt and a spoon of sugar

Blender all the spices except bau leaves and lemongrass

Put oil in a big wok and sauté the spices on medium fire till fragrant,put bay leaf and lemongrass,stir continuously to prevent burnt and spices from splatter outside the wok

Put the crabs into the wok.Add oyster sauce,tomato paste,salt and 7 spoons of sugar.Let it simmer

Put slurry into the wok whilst stirring,lastly slowly pour eggs mixture into the wok.Stir till the eggs incorporated.Serve
