Ingredient used: Boiled egg
Steps

Take boiled eggs in a plate.

Cut each egg from the centre into 2 parts, season with salt and keep aside.

Now take boiled potatoes in a bowl.

Then mash the boiled potatoes and add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, bhaja masala powder,chopped coriander leaves and mix them well till there are no more lumps.

Now heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in a pan.

Once hot add the chopped onions and fry for a minute.

Add the ginger paste and garlic paste and fry for another one minute.

Now add the boiled potato mixture to the onion and cook for another 2 minutes till done.

Now take a half boiled egg and cover it with a small portion of the prepared potato mixture. Continue till all the boiled half eggs are covered with the potato mixture.

Now beat two eggs in a bowl and dip the potato mixture coated boiled egg.

Now crumb coat it with panko bread crumbs.

Repeat the process till all are coated with the panko bread crumbs.

Now heat oil in a pan.

Once hot, deep fry the prepared egg Devil one at a time and till it is crisp and brown.

Repeat the process till all the egg devils are deep fried and are crisp and brown.

Serve hot with ketchup.
