Take all the needed ingredients.

In a mixer jar,add onion,ginger,garlic,chilli, coriander leaves,cashews,curd, grind nicely.

In a hot pan,add 1tbs oil and chilli powder,turmeric powder and fry the boiled egg around 2mts. Then add oil on the same pan, add cardamom,cinnamon,Elaichi, then add grinded paste. Saute well.

Then add all spice powders,saute until oil separates. Then add required amount of water,salt..cover and cook for 10mts.

Then add fried eggs,again cover and cook for 5more mts. Finally sprinkle coriander leaves.

Thatsall. Our Egg masala is ready. It goes well with variety rice and chappathi.
