Ingredients

Serves 2 to 3 servings

2 1/2 cupswater (about 600ml)
4 tablespoonsmiso (white miso)
1 g●dashi granules (bonito flavor)
1 gor a small piece ●kombu dashi or kombu
To taste ●green onions
1 package●nameko mushrooms

Steps

Pour 2 1/2 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Meanwhile, place the nameko mushrooms in a bowl and rinse them lightly.

Once boiling, reduce to low heat, dissolve the miso, add the ● ingredients, and simmer for 7 minutes. It's ready to serve.
