Ingredients

Serves 2 to 3 servings
  • 2 1/2 cupswater (about 600ml)
  • 4 tablespoonsmiso (white miso)
  • 1 g●dashi granules (bonito flavor)
  • 1 gor a small piece ●kombu dashi or kombu
  • To taste ●green onions
  • 1 package●nameko mushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour 2 1/2 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, place the nameko mushrooms in a bowl and rinse them lightly.

  3. 3

    Once boiling, reduce to low heat, dissolve the miso, add the ● ingredients, and simmer for 7 minutes. It's ready to serve.
