Firts take out unwanted leaves. Soak palak laves I a normal water with haldi powder and salt for 1/2 an hrs. All the dirt particales wi; settle down.

Then after 1/2 an hrs. drain the water and wash twice or until the dirt particular will goes off. Then wash it properly with haldi powder and salt. Thrice or till the dirt particles will goes off. Once it is done then keep aside.

In a presure cooker boil spinach, onion. No neeed of adding water. Wait for 1 whistles. fter 1 whistles switch off the flame. Cool it and take out the lid. Once it is done then keep aside. Then grind the spinach, onion, green chillies and coriander leaves into fine paste. I am not going to strain it.

In a kadai add butter. Add crushed garlic and saute it for few seconds. Then add spinach puree. Mix it well. Add roasted cumin powder and haldi powder.Mix it well Add enough water.

Boil it for 2 minutes. For gravy add 1 tbsp corn starch Mix it well. There should be no lumps on it. Boil it for 2 minutes. If you want watery then boil for 1 minute. Add butter on top of the soup. Onceit is done then transfer to a bowl

Enjoy hot.hot.spinach soup in rainy season
