Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat a large, oven safe, nonstick sautee pan over medium heat (with just a touch of oil or cooking spray). When hot, add breakfast sausage and being crumbling and browning.

When sausage is about halfway done, add spinach and continue cooking until sausage is almost cooked through (because we don't want to overcook it in the oven). Turn off heat and let mixture cool 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and water until well blended. Gently stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheeses (salt and pepper now if desired).

Pour egg mixture into sautee pan with sausage. Stir gently to evenly distribute all ingredients. Sprinkle feta over top and give one more stir to settle it just below the surface.

Place sautee pan in oven and bake uncovered 40-50 minutes or until middle is set with just a slight jiggle but springs right back when pressed. Remove from oven. Let cool 10 minutes. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
