Preheat oven to 350

Cream the butter and sugar for the cookies until fluffy. Scrape down.

Add the eggs, vanilla and almond and mix again. Scrape down.

Add in flour and baking powder slowly until combined fully.

Roll dough into balls and mash on a cookie sheet.

Bake for about 9 minutes until middle is just not shiny. Take out and let cool. Usually makes about 3 sheets worth depending on how big you make them.

While they cool, keep your will power in check and make the icing

Cream the icing butter.

Add in the vanilla, almond, 2tbsp milk and then a cup of powdered sugar at a time. Add a bit more milk if needed but make sure it's nice and thick, but smooth texture.

Spread on the cookies and enjoy. Sprinkles dont hurt anything. You could also add some coloring to the icing 🥳
