Shine Muscat Grapes are a cultivar resulted from a cross between Akitsu 21 and Hakunan made by National Institute of Fruit Tree Science in Japan in 1988. And are incredibly expensive variety of Grapes but all thanks to the ever expanding and easy import of foreign goods that has made our lives happy. These seedless table Grapes with a light Green skin need not be peeled before eating. These taste absolutely delicious and flavourful. They are sweet, juicy and firm with a refreshing aroma. And that is why these are popularly known as Queen of Muscat.
Shine Muscat is often known for their large Yellow Green bunches that are characterized by it's fantastic crunchy texture and it's sweet taste of Muscat. These can be therefore used in a great array of delicious goodies. Salads, Cakes, Parfait, Cheesecakes, Souffle, Tarts and many others. I have just used them in my way for a quick healthy Salad.

Steps
- 1
First of all, soak the White chia seeds variety in water for about 2-3 hours or better still overnight in a refrigerator.
- 2
Wash and pat dry the shine muscat grapes. Arrange them directly on a serving platter. Cut them into halves. Top them up with the fully bloomed or puffed up black chia seeds.
- 3
Add as much as you would love to. There are no restrictions on that. Serve immediately. Also keep in mind that everything should be chilled or cold. It tastes absolutely right that way. Enjoy!
