Flat beans masaledaar sabji
Steps

Take flat beans in a bowl.pull the string apart from the flat beans, open it in to small parts.

Wash flat beans and brinjal, cut brinjal in to small pieces.

Heat oil in a kadai, add carom seeds, asafoetida, garlic, green chillies paste.

Add turmeric powder and saute it well. Add cut flat beans and brinjal. Add salt.

Mix it well, add 1/4 water, cover the lid. Cook for 10 minutes.

In between check the sabji, mix it well, when it half cooked, add chopped tomato, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, garam masala and give a nice mix.

Again cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Check the sabji, it completely cooked, sprinkle chopped green coriander.

Flat beans masaledaar sabji is ready to serve with paratha or bhakhari.
