Boil the chana
Grate the paneer.
Crushed the chilli and ginger.
Home made hung curd.
Keep everything ready. - 2
Crush the boiled Chana.
Now add hung curd,paneer, chopped chilli ginger,salt and Fresh coriander.
Mix everything properly. - 3
After that make an equal size of kababs.
Make all. - 4
Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs in a batch till golden brown Then remove on kitchen paper to absorb extra oil.

Yummy dahi Chane ke kababs are ready.
Arrang in a serving plate with coriander mint chutney..
