Ingredients

30 minutes
2 Serves
  • 1/2 cupboiled brown chana
  • 2 tbsphung curd
  • 2 tbspgrated paneer
  • 1 tbspcrushed chilli and ginger
  • 2 tbspFresh chopped coriander
  • 2 tbspgram flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbspchilli flakes
  • Required oil for shallow fry kabab
  • Green chutney

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the chana
    Grate the paneer.
    Crushed the chilli and ginger.
    Home made hung curd.
    Keep everything ready.

    Crush the boiled Chana.
    Now add hung curd,paneer, chopped chilli ginger,salt and Fresh coriander.
    Mix everything properly.

    After that make an equal size of kababs.
    Make all.

    Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs in a batch till golden brown Then remove on kitchen paper to absorb extra oil.

    Yummy dahi Chane ke kababs are ready.
    Arrang in a serving plate with coriander mint chutney..
    Enjoy..
