Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients one by one except oil, mix it well.

Now add water slowly slowly, mix it well, make a semi thick batter, rest it for 5 minutes. Add in oil, mix it well.

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Moderate the flame. Wash aloo pcs, keep it in the water till used.

Dip aloo pcs in the batter, coat it nicely, drop in hot oil. Deep fry them in batches until brown. Take out on an absorbent paper.

Plate it, serve hot with any falahari chutney or u can have it plain too..
