Wash ampalaya then slice it.

Pour salt and squeezed it.And wash again then drain.

Heat pan.Crack and beat eggs.Pour cooking oil then scramble the egg.Set aside.

In same pan with oil.Sautee garlic and shallots.Wait until aromatic then add in ampalaya.

Cook unril soft,season with oyster sauce.Then add in the egg.Mix it well.Serve.
