Ingredients

20 minutes
4-6 servings
  1. 1capsicum chopped
  2. 1red bell pepper chopped
  3. 1yellow bell pepper chopped
  4. 200 gmmashroom chopped
  5. 2 tbspmustard oil
  6. 2-3green chillies finely chopped
  7. 1 pieceginger finely chopped
  8. 10-12garlic chopped
  9. 1onion sliced
  10. 1tomato sliced
  11. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tbspturmeric
  13. 1/2jeera powder
  14. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  15. 1tsn salt
  16. 3 glasswater
  17. 2 tbspfresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  18. 2 tbspfresh spring onion chopped
  19. 1 packhakka noodles boiled and drained
  20. Momo Chutney
  21. 4tomatoes
  22. 6-7soaked kashmiri chillies
  23. 8-9garlic
  24. 3 tbspspring onion chopped
  25. 3 tbspfresh coriander leaves
  26. 1/2 tspSalt
  27. 1lemon juice

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and chop vegetables. Take a pan. Add mustard oil. Once oil is hot, add green chillies, ginger and garlic. Saute for some time.

    Add onion, tomato and masala.

    Add water and let it boil. Add mashroom.

    Add capsicum and bell peppers. Continue to boil on slightly high flame.

    Reduce the flame. Do not over cook vegetables. Add coriander leaves and spring onion. Switch off the flame.

    To prepare chutney, roast tomatoes. Remove the skin. Add in the mixie jar. Add soaked red kashmiri chillies.

    Add garlic, coriander leaves, spring onion, salt and lemon juice.
    Take a soup bowl. Add boiled noodles. Pour soup in it. Add chutney on the top of it. Serve hot. Enjoy your soulful food.

    Tip - I suppose to use vegetable stock which I didn't have. So I used plain water.
