I actually make different types of soups and love to add different types of pastas in it and that's when I came across to this recipe. This is my version of the recipe.
Steps

Wash and chop vegetables. Take a pan. Add mustard oil. Once oil is hot, add green chillies, ginger and garlic. Saute for some time.

Add onion, tomato and masala.

Add water and let it boil. Add mashroom.

Add capsicum and bell peppers. Continue to boil on slightly high flame.

Reduce the flame. Do not over cook vegetables. Add coriander leaves and spring onion. Switch off the flame.

To prepare chutney, roast tomatoes. Remove the skin. Add in the mixie jar. Add soaked red kashmiri chillies.

Add garlic, coriander leaves, spring onion, salt and lemon juice.
Take a soup bowl. Add boiled noodles. Pour soup in it. Add chutney on the top of it. Serve hot. Enjoy your soulful food. - 8
Tip - I suppose to use vegetable stock which I didn't have. So I used plain water.
