Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until it forms a dough. Place the dough and mix it on low for 12-15 minutes. After 15 minutes take your dough and form it into a ball.

Grease a large bowl with butter and place the dough in the bowl and cover it with plastic. Set in a warm place and leave it there for about one hour or until the dough has doubled in size. Take the dough out of the bowl and press it to release the extra air and start cutting about 50 grams each for your pandesal. Continue this process until you have cut all the dough into 50 grams each.

Take your dough and start forming each one into a ball. Repeat the process until all of the pandesal has been formed into a ball. Roll each dough into a plain bread crumbs and place each one into a greased baking pan. Place a loose plastic over the sheet with the rolled bread and leave it in a warm place for another hour or until it has doubled in size.

Bake for 13-15 minutes at 375 degrees preheated oven. Take it out of the oven and rest it for about 5 minutes before serving or eating.
