1carrot chopped

1 cupheavy cream

1/4-1/2 tspcrushed red pepper

In instant pot sauté onion, celery, carrot and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent

Add all remaining ingredients and mix well

Pressure cook 10 minutes then natural release 10 minutes. Release remaining pressure
