Assemble ingredients

Roast Pheni in ghee and keep aside. In pan add milk and allow a boil. Then add cardamom and simmer for 6-7 minutes.

Then add roasted Pheni and keep stirring.

Cook for 8 - 10 minutes, add sugar + dry fruits and stir well. Mixture thickens.
Cook further for 3-4 minutes as sugar release water. Pudding is done. - 5
Allow to cool. Serve after 1-2 hours. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
