Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry the canapés till lightly browned and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Mix sprouts, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, green chillies, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl.

Fill the canapés with this mixture. Top with sev and sprinkle coriander leaves and serve immediately...
