First wash the rice and all dal, remove all water and on a cottan cloth after 3 to 4 hour when water is sokaed by cloth, in a pan roast rice,chana dal urad dal and mung dal, also roast pohe,sago seeds and dhaniya and mix this and grind on the chakki this is chakli bhajani

Take 3 cup bhajni flour in a plate, now in another pot add water 2 cup,3 tbs oil,sesame seeds Turmeric powder,chilli powder, boil this water

And pour this boiled water in the flour and make a dough not so tight,not so soft

Now in the chakali maker make chakali, pour oil in a kadie, and on medium flame fry the chaklies

Fry the chaklies till colour change to light brown,
