In a Big Bowl take besan added with water, carom seed, salt and red chilli powder

Prepare a thick batter added half teaspoon soda

Peel of the potatoes make its small pieces

Switch on the flame added with two tablespoon oil crackle mustard seed and jeera

Now add red chilli powder turmeric powder garam masala garlic, green chilli chopped, coriander leaves chopped and mix all the ingredients

Now add boiled and chopped potatoes mix properly cook for 5 minutes

Switch off the flame let it cool and make small balls

Now now take one by one ball and dip it in besan batter and drop it in medium hot oil

Fry it till it turns golden in colour

Take it out all bada and serve with tomato sauce
