Turned out pretty tasty, no complaints. The cookie ends up on top.. kinda weird, but my husband loved it.

Easy and quick to make. Great for summer, can even make it look festive for the Fourth of July using blueberries and strawberries . I make this all year around , it’s always a big hit, and it’s very eye-catching . ( if you give it a try , would love to see pictures) This is my go to recipe..
