I wrapped beef simmered with Sukiyaki seasoning in glutinous rice. Then wrapped it in thinly fried eggs. So yummy 😆#GlobalApron

Cook 1 cup of glutinous rice in rice cooker.

Make seasoning mixture. If you don’t have Sake and Mirin, please use 1/2 tbs honey and 1.5 tbs water. Cook beef with Sukiyaki seasoning mixture.

Take the beef out and set aside. Add Sukiyaki sauce in glutinous rice and mix.

Place the wrapping film, Nori seaweed sheet, seasoned glutinous rice and beef, like this photo.

Roll tight from the bottom.

Wrap it with film.

Make thin omelette.

Roll the Nori roll with omelette. Wrap it with film. Wait several minutes.

Cut beef rolls.
