Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2medium-sized beetroots, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cupsMixed veggies - potatoes, carrots, green beans, peas,
  • 1 tablespoonginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 teaspooncumin powder
  • 1/2 tspchaat Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cuppowdered poha (flattened rice)
  • Cooking spray

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, chop and boil all veggies in pressure cooker upto2 whistles.

  2. 2

    Cool and mash them. Add all the masala, salt and spices. Add powdered poha and make tikkis.

  3. 3

    Preheat the air fryer. Arrange the cutlets and spray some cooking oil.

  4. 4

    Air fry at 185 degrees for 15 min.

  5. 5

    Serve with your favourite dip.
