First take properly washed chopped Methi leaves then heat a pan add 1 tsp ghee cook on medium flame turn off fiame. Then 2 cup wheat flour in a bowl 1/2 cup semolina.

Then add 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp carom seeds 1 tsp black pepper corns add1 red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp white sesame seeds add suateed methi and 1/2 tsp sugar powder and add 2 tbsp ghee mix well. And add 1 tbsp extra ghee and add water and make soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.Then take

Add 3 tbsp ghee in corn flour mix well and make a paste whisk well. Then take dough
Add ghee and knead well then take a small ball role thin rotis. - 4
Then spread prepared paste and Sprinkle flour

Then fold both sides in again roll it spread paste and Sprinkle flour and rolled it and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in Kadhai and fry mathri now our crispy tasty khasta mathri is ready. serve in a serving plate.
