Make the base like you would shortbread, and do a thin base and cook
for a bout 8 mins.
When done let to cool. - 2
To make topping grate 🍋🟩 skin then squeeze the lime as much as you can get out add a spoonful of sugar if you wish.
Add the coconut and almond flour and egg white mix all together add on top of base and cook a further 6/8 minutes add some almond flakes on top.One half had egg yolk in but it tasted much better with egg white.

These are gluten free low sugar and delicious ideal for diabetics.
