Prepare the Ingredients:
• Clean, wash, and chop the fresh methi leaves.
• Blend roasted chana and peanuts with 1/2 cup water to a smooth paste. Set aside.
• In the same blender, puree the tomatoes.
• Grate or finely chop the garlic, and chop the onions.

Fry Garlic-Methi:
• Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp olive oil, and fry whole garlic cloves on low flame until light brown.
• Add chopped methi leaves and sauté on medium-low flame for 2-3 minutes until dry. Transfer to a plate. - 9

Prepare Lasooni Methi:
• Heat 4 tbsp olive oil in the same pan. Add cumin seeds, let them sizzle, then add dry red chilies and grated garlic. Sauté until garlic is light brown. - 11

Add chopped onions, sauté until golden. Add spice powders, stir quickly, and add a little water to prevent burning. Cook until oil appears on the surface.

Add tomato puree and salt, stir, cover, and cook on low for 4-5 minutes or until oil appears on top.

Mix in roasted and crushed kasuri methi.
• Add the chana-peanut paste, cook for 2-3 minutes until oil appears. Adjust with water for consistency. - 17

Mix in kitchen king masala, and finally, add the fried garlic-methi. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until oil appears on top. Garnish with butter.
