Portobello mushroom oven baked omlette
After brainstorming over what to cook for breakfast this morning, my dear one came out with this simply beautiful idea! Loved every bite of unusually looking omlette!

In medium size bowl mix eggs, almond milk, basel, salt and pepper until smooth.

Place the mushroom in the middle of the iron skillet, put tomatoes and thyme on the mushroom and season it.

Pour the egg mix in the skillet and place in 180c pre-heated oven.
- 4
After 10-15 minutes take out to place a cheese on top and bake under salamander for another 3 minutes
