Prepare the ingredients and mix the sauces; combine teriyaki sauce and herbs. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant, stir-fry the cabbage, drizzle with sauce, and cook until done. Set aside.

Simmer water spinach with onion, scallops, garlic sauce, and a little sauce until the water spinach softens. Remove from heat, then pan-sear the scallops on both sides and set aside.

Pan-sear the beef with garlic sauce to your desired doneness. Finally, fry an egg until it's half-cooked. Plate all the ingredients and serve 😊
