Ingredients

25 minutes
8 cutlets
  1. 1/2 cupyellow moong daal
  2. 50 gramsoya chunks
  3. 2fresh green chilli
  4. 3 clovesgarlic
  5. 1/2 Tspdry ginger powder/1 inch fresh ginger
  6. 2 Tbspchopped onion
  7. 2 Tbspgreen peas
  8. 2 Tbspchopped carrots
  9. 1 Tsppao-bhaji masala
  10. 2 Tbspcorn flour
  11. 2 Tsprice powder
  12. 1/2 Tspsalt or as required
  13. 1/4 Tspturmeric powder
  14. 1/2 Tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  15. 1/2 cupvegetable oil

  1. 1

    Soak yellow moong daal in enough water for 2 hours. Soak the soya chunks for one hour

    Decant excess water from moong daal and grind to a smooth paste. Press soya chunks and remove water and grind.

    Mix moong daal paste and ground soya and all masala powder, corn flour and rice flour. Add chopped onion, chopped carrots and green peas. Mix all ingredients.

    Prepare cutlets. Heat oil and shallow fry both the sides of cutlets till aromatic and golden brown. Enjoy with sauce/chutney/as such with murmura. Thanks.
