Soya and yellow moong daal cutlets have high protein. This recipe is perfect and well known as a weight loss dish. So let's go for preparing and sharing this amazing and delicious snacks, which can be taken with rice as a side dish.

Soak yellow moong daal in enough water for 2 hours. Soak the soya chunks for one hour

Decant excess water from moong daal and grind to a smooth paste. Press soya chunks and remove water and grind.

Mix moong daal paste and ground soya and all masala powder, corn flour and rice flour. Add chopped onion, chopped carrots and green peas. Mix all ingredients.

Prepare cutlets. Heat oil and shallow fry both the sides of cutlets till aromatic and golden brown. Enjoy with sauce/chutney/as such with murmura. Thanks.
