In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornflour,ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, and salt. add water mix it well make a thick batter.

Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter, making sure they are well coated.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the battered cauliflower florets into the hot oil. Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. In separate pan add onion and bell pepper salute it well. - 3
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.Stir in soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar and salt.
Add the cornflour slurry to the pan and stir continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables evenly.Add the fried cauliflower florets to the pan and toss them gently in the sauce until they are well coated.Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.Enjoy your delicious Chilli Gobhi Manchurian as a snack or appetizer!
