Now grind the boiled amla, basil, mint, dates, ginger, basil one by one in the mixture.
Now we have to grind cumin, fennel, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and all that
Dry fruits should also be and ground - 3
Take the roasted cinnamon cloves, now grind everything and put it in the pan for saute
Pulp of that amla a few times
After sautéing add ginger mint basil paste in it
Then put turmeric dates and jaggery in it - 4
Then add honey, ground dry fruits and all cumin seeds to it
And finally mix the saffron with ghee. - 5
This is how your Chyavanprash is prepared which is very beneficial to our health.
