Heat a pan add oil,when it hot add mustard seeds,when it cracked add cumin seeds.add asafoetida,green chilies.stir it.

Add washed and chopped cabbage and stir it,add soaked dal,mix it well,add turmeric powder,cumin powder and mix it well,add salt,stir it well. Cover it and turn the heat.

After 2 minutes again mix it, and cover it.ready your cabbage moog dal sabji,garnish with grated coconut and fresh coriander,and serve with chapati or roti.
You can eat this bhaji without roti or chapati,soo healthy and tasty.
