Smash boiled potatoes.chopped methi leaves.In a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds.sautefor 2 minutes.Add chopped onion and saute on low flame till transparent.Now add ginger and chilli paste.

Add chopped methi leaves.saute till soft.

Add all masala and smashed boiled potatoes.add salt let it cool.

Make semi soft dough like paratha.take a ball Roll it in a centre make ready stuffing.tightly pack and again roll it slowly.

In a non-stick tawa saute with ghee on both sides.serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
